Inspired by the Clyde Weir at Glasgow Green, this painting reimagines the river through the movement, colour and expressive rhythm of Van Gogh’s river scenes. The familiar red bridge, riverside greenery and city skyline are set against a restless blue sky, while the water carries broken reflections of Glasgow’s buildings, blossoms and shifting light.
