El Largo opens the GlasGogh takes a trip Doon the Water, to Largs. Places range out towards the sea, using bright coastal light, sweeping clouds and Van Gogh-inspired movement to create a scene of distance and release. The small boats, sharp sails and layered water carry the eye across the painting, while the Largs shoreline and warm yellows hold the composition close to land. It feels like a moment between journey and arrival, a place where colour, wind and memory stretch out into the sea.
